Hello, I had a 2-way train ticket at 9:33 am today from Zurich to Munich which I bought from omio.com. The train got canceled and I would like to refund my ticket. I already contacted Omio customer service and they told me to contact Deutsche Bahn and ask for a confirmation or some other sort of proof for the canceled train. Currently, I have a confirmation from the SBB office in Zurich train station but that is not sufficient for Omio to refund my ticket. Thanks for your help and consideration.

No use for seat reservation

The train on May 24TH time 10:37 there was no wagon number38 so we were not able to use our seat reservation I would like to have a full refund of the cost for seat reservation and not a voucher we do not live in Germany and do not know when we will return

International booking service

Good morning, I try since 9:oo am this morning to make a booking from Zernez to Sint-Truiden. Had already 4 people on the line (0049 30 ** **) who try to connect me to the international booking desk but without succes. Do you have a technical problem? Hello, My name is Henrique Devens. On 13th of March, I tried to buy two tickets from Berlin to Warsaw by card, online. Refund complaint

Due to Switzerland's ban on tourists because of covid, we will not be able to use our reservation. I see that you do not issue refunds but I'm going to ask anyway. It seems that we are cancelling far in advance so you should be able to use this reservation for someone else. This would have been our first trip to Switzerland and Germany and now it's ruined due to Covid restrictions and the US embassy highly suggesting that we do not come due to terroism. Had monthly card, but still paid a fine

I had a monthly ticket (55.2 Euros) and was travelling every day to work and home with it. This is my first monthly ticket. Previously I had visited Munich as a tourist and I remember that it was split in "rings". So automatically I bought a ticket for 2 rings or zones. Apparently there are no more rings, but zones, and my zone "2" changed to "M". I had no idea. I was so recently moved in that I don`t even have received my first salary. I told to the inspector where I live and to where I travel for work (usually it is just 3 stations). He told me that I need the zone M, and then he gave me some paper and told me: "With this you need to go in DB Office and ONLY PAY THE DIFFERENCE"! He LIED! what he gave me was a fine of 60 EUROS. How unfair. I told him I was new and had mixed up the zones. It was an honest and unintentional mistake. The difference from zone 2 and zone M is ONLY 2 EUROS (from this it can be seen that I had honest intentions). So at the end I did pay my monthly ticket of 55+2 euros this month + 60 euros fine. Thanks a lot for the customer support DB I do feel welcomed and a "happy" customer at your services. And to the employee no: 099225/408/093684** **2867 YOU WERE SO UNFAIR!

Bad quality

No Wi-Fi on my IC train from Basel to Frankfurt &;; no electricity coming out of the socket (not just one socket, the whole carriage). I hope the company pays better attention to its train safety than to the services it provides to its customers.
