On 19.09.2023 I took ICE 1157 from Köln to Berlin. Upon arrival in my Hotel in Berlin, I realised that I had accidentally swapped my bag with another traveler who had the same bag as mine. I have returned that bag to DB Information Section at Berlin Hbf. I am still waiting for Deutschebahn to notify me that they have found my bag.

We want to take the train instead of the plane. DB makes it hard. 2 trips booked with DB, 2 hellish trips with no help, no information and no refund ! 1 Berlin - Paris through Mannheim, we had to stop at Frankfurt, receive no information, then after 3h queuing we understood that we had to spend the night there. 4 for dinner and 1 lousy room. No apologies. We had to rebuy a ticket from Frankfurt or wait for 1 more day 1 Ljubljana - Paris through Stuttgart The train was already 30 minutes late at Ljubljana. We were dropped in Austria because we had more than 1h of delay, reached Salzburg by bus. In Salzburg we were told to go by train to Munich to catch then a train to Stuttgart. style="background-color: Salzburg - Munich takes 1h30 the train arrived 30 minutes late. We missed the last train making us possible to catch the last Stuttgart - Paris. Then all the other trains between Munich and Salzburg were cancelled. We were stuck in Munich DB ReisenZentrum was of no help, they told us to book a hostel room ourselves and go on the next train to Paris the next morning but they couldnt guarantee us that we were not going to receive a fine for not having tickets and the train was sold out For our next trips we will use the carrier filter and never again travel with DB

No one is responding to my cancelling DB subscription

I have emailed and sent my emails so many times before to cancel my DB sub and you guys are still sending me emails to charge me the money. I do not live in Germany and I am not going to pay the money since I have sent the form many many times. Take back my bill and stop trying to charge me instead cancel my bloody sub or I will take this to the court.

Train cancelled

Hopeless service. I called several times but no one answered. The website says the service is in English but the automatic response was in German. How are you supposed to type the codes if they are spoken in German on an English speaking line?
